To,

The President,

Dear Sir,

Subject: Suggestion on adoption of transparency by government and NGO.

We are all aware that our Sober Kutchi Society is passing through the phase of suffering due to this massive Earthquake. We have received tremendous help from Home, from our NRI brothers, from individuals and inter government and it is moral duty to see that their efforts do not go in vain.

Many enquire about Where There Charity Goes and there by they Do Not Cherish the Happiness Derived By Charity.

Lot of funds and articles for rescue, rehabilitation and resettlement of Kutch has been arrived but all is useless unless it reaches the real victims. Mainly the articles are of perishable type, which is either spoilt or misappropriated. The main cause seems to be lack in Management of Distribution System.

In these regards Mr. Mehul Savla, B. Arch., of Karagoga has suggested:

q       Government and all NGOs should maintain an account of the help received by them and the same to be posted on the website like that of www.panjokutch.com.

q       Day-to-day requirements of every village or institution should also be posted as done on www.panjokutch.com.

q       Thereby accountability of government and NGOs is maintained. This in turn will create faith in minds of the donor and invite more charity.

Due to the Transparency in Distribution System, the communication gap between the donor and the donee will vanish.

Panjokutch thus request government/NGO to consider the above valid suggestion, which will be beneficial to us in long run for reconciliation. We appreciate the talent of our youngster Mr. Mehul and have posted more details on our site www.panjokutch.com.

Kindly respond to this as soon as possible.

Thanking you,

 Yours truly,

 Panjokutch.com
