 Subject:  Appeal For Security.

 This is to bring to your kind notice that we are a non commercial organisation representing a Kutchi community portal viz www.Panjokutch.com which is developed under the Late Savita.K.Shah charitable trust. The portal is constantly working for the welfare of Kutch and Kutchi community in all possible respects. The people of Gujarat is well aware the activity of www.panjokutch.com and the acievement shown.

 The recent Earthquake disaster in Bhuj has ruined the lives of lakhs of our fellow persons and huge damage to property. As a result we are trying in every possible way to help the people trapped in the region. We are also giving the latest news available on our website so that people are constantly aware of the situation. Inquiries from thousands of people are being coming to know the current situation.

 A tremendous emergency has arised for water, medicines, food, blankets, etc which are urgently required.

 People all over specially from Gujarat and Mumbai  have sent these above mentioned materials but had a THRILLING EXPERIENCE when their vehicles got looted on the highway to Kutch....Bhuj...and nearby villages like Samkhiyari and various places. People are assaulted and looted. Donors are scared to send material for relief . 

 We request you to give assurance and help so that donors regain their confidence and start sending materials and help for the charity.

 Please kindly let us know that what arrangements and planning has been done to give assurance to donors.  The same will be uploaded on our Website  so as to give intimation to 40,000 observers per day for Kutch Calamitites. We would also like to know the facts and figures and basic requirements of Kutch and their districts in order to guide people to send the materials to particular area.

 We request you to give us full fledge security from Ahmedabad to final destinations where the materials has to be sent for the suffered people who are hit by earthquake.

 Your goodself is the authority to control these factors and your kind co-operation can ONLY resolve the present issue. We request you to look into this matter URGENTLY and do the needful at your earliest as
