- Based on Intial Survey Team report.
- For damage assement (in depth) survey : Govt. survey is ongoing.
- Check for availability with: Dist. Collector / GIIC office / www.gujaratindia.com for list of worst affected villages.
- This note is an indication / offer letter for corporates or NGOs interrested in partnership with villages.
- Corporate may sign MoU with voluntary agency( Known to the company / working in that area / ask Govt. for assistance ).
- Proposal scrutinized in consultation with district authorities and put up to GSDMA.
- Guiding Principles :
Capability of corporate and voluntary agency (called NGO in this document ) to contribute their share of amount required. - This approval to given within 5 days of receipt of application form.
- to be obtained within 15 days of getting the 'In principle' approval
- Attach a copy of endorsement letter in the project rep[ort and also send a copy to the NGO Cell, GSDMA. Hereafter, the decisions will be taken at the district level.
- Voluntary agency / NGO now labelled "RSA" (Rehabilitation Support Agency).
