| Around 25-30 invited member of Groom's side go to Brides house. The Bridesrelatives greet the Grooms relatives and offer them Welcome drink. Meanwhile<the engagement ceremony is carried on. After the Tilak ceremony is over allthe relative of both Groom as well as Bride are introduced. Brides mother offerdry Coconut to Grooms father. The Groom will also offer a dry Coconut,14 Suparies, Shirt Piece, Pant Piece, Chain, Ring by Brides mother. Similarly the Grooms Father offer appropriate Gift to Lady putting Tilakas well as the gir l offering Sugar pieces. The Bride is also offered Chaniya Choli, Masli Mati's Saree, Ornaments (ranging from Chain to half set),Make up kit etc. The Masli Mati person will also offered appropriate gift and the associated items by Bride's side. Then Lunch is offered to all the invitees. Later on after having tea, room's relatives take leave. At that time the Bride's mother returns more that half of the quantity of Phiniya Ladoo to Mati person. | |
