Mud work is known as 'Lippan work' on the inside surface of walls on huts and Bhungas are very common. These have decorative values. They decorate their huts with colours,clay mud,gum, camel dung,and mirror pieces.

Mud work is also one of the wellknown crafts of Kutch.Beautiful designs are worked out with a mixture of mud and cameldung.Designs of some birds,trees,etc are made in their houses by Harijan and Rabari women.

Mud work is appreciated by the Foreigners and they are so impressed with this work that they take of the photographs.
