RAIN WATER HARVESTING PROJECTS:
Water for dinking and irrigation purpose is the primary requirement.Large scale harvesting of rain water and efficient use of available resources is the answer.VRTI therefore assigned top most priority to this programme and was aided in its mission by CAPART, New Delhi.The project,ably guided by Dr.K.C.B Raju, Ex-Director,Central Ground Water Board,has achieved very encouraging results

Given the persistent water scarcity, VRTI endeavoured to inculcate increasing awareness amongst farmers to irrgate more area of land by using drip irrigation system
