Employee arrangement - II

Build a house 400 sq.ft @ Rs. 400/sq.ft for the Employee  160,000
Contribution towards housing repayment from salary @ Rs. 1500 every month with a Job contract for 9 years 162,000

At the end of 10 year the ownership of this house goes to the employee.

Outcome

Ø     The Cost reduction for Salaries and Infrastructure and operating cost will be to the tune of 20 % which will be a substantial advantage to the I.T. Company and this will be a great contribution to the people of Kutch, thus bring back the life to normalcy very shortly.

Ø     Though the scope of this project cover on 30000 people , considering a 4 member family of each of them , the coverage of this benefit goes to 120000 people.

Ø     Upgrading the skill (the people of kutch are known for their fast learning process) would further give way to specialised activities and also give a cost advantage to the I.T. company.

Ø     Apart from the employee who will be benefited, this would also create lot of other opportunities for rest of the people for employment and other business activities like courier, hotels, tourism, infrastructure, trading & business of office equipments , stationeries and allied , general merchandise and many other fields will open up.

Ø     In view of the I.T. active region , many other business , corporate and tie-up will be drawn to grow more talents and opportunities.

Conclusion :  This is a great opportunity to the I.T. industry to contribute to a national cause , but in a way that a self dependant Kutch is built up . It would an example to the whole world that I.T. not only designs software or systems but can also shape up the life of a human being.

Do not make your brothers beg for resettlement.

Help them do it on their own with self respect.
