- Science or Wisdom of Life :- - Is
an ancient philosophy based on a deep understanding of eternal truths about human
body, mind & spirit. It offers natural, herbal remedies, which counteract
imbalances in the body. It is believed that following Ayurvedic lifestyle can
reduce the risk of contracting diseases. Ayurveda is based on the concept of 3
doshas (fault) or tridosha namely vata, pitta & kapha.
- VATA
:-
- Heart
problems,disorders of nervous system, anxiety,hypertension, depression, migraine,
irritable bowel syndrome.Avoid eating foods high in vata & eat pitta &
kapha increasing food.
- PITTA
:-
- Ulcers,
digestive problems, gall bladder & liver problems, skin complaints, headache.
Avoid eating foods high in pitta & eat vata & kapha increasing food &
cooling food.
- KAPHA
:-
- Hypertension,
heart disease, circulatory disorders diabetes, gall bladder problems, eczema,
asthma, sinusitis, bronchitis. Avoid eating food high in kapha & eat heating
food.
