Paneer Kabab
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 100 gm paneer.
  • Ginger paste.
  • Chilly.
  • Coriander.
  • ¼ tea sp. Sugar.
  • 3 t.sp gram flour.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 50 gm butter.
  • Oil to fry.
  • 3 tsp bread crumps.
  • 4 raw bananas boiled and smashed.
Method:
  • Add gram flour, salt in boiled bananas.
  • Take small piece of roll and add a little piece of butter and 1 tea sp of filling in it and make it round in shape and deep fry it.
  • If possible roll the pattice in bread crumps.
  • Fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with chutney and sauce.
  • Keep each butter cube with paneer kabab.
For filling:
  • Mix Coconut, coriander, paneer, salt, garam masala, sugar and ginger chilly paste and ready the filling.
