Paneer Pakoda
  • 200 gm paneer.
  • ¾ cup Bengal gram flour.
  • Pinch soda.
  • ¼ cup maida (refined flour).
  • Oil for deep fry.
  • Salt, Chili. Turmeric powder. Coriander
  • seeds powder as per taste.
  • Firstly cut the paneer into pieces.
  • Mix both flour, soda, salt, chili, turmeric powder & coriander seed powder.
  • Add some water to the mixture to make a fine paste.
  • Dip each piece of paneer in a paste & deep-fry them till they became golden brown.
  • Serve hot paneer pakoda with green chutney.
