Paneer Pakoda
Ingredients:
200 gm paneer.
¾ cup Bengal gram flour.
Pinch soda.
¼ cup maida (refined flour).
Oil for deep fry.
Salt, Chili. Turmeric powder. Coriander
seeds powder as per taste.
Method
:
Firstly cut the paneer into pieces.
Mix both flour, soda, salt, chili, turmeric powder & coriander seed powder.
Add some water to the mixture to make a fine paste.
Dip each piece of paneer in a paste & deep-fry them till they became golden brown.
Serve hot paneer pakoda with green chutney.
