Paneer Masala
Ingredients:
  • 200 gm paneer.
  • 2 medium onion.
  • 5 to 8 cloves of garlic.
  • Ginger.
  • 3 green chilies.
  • 1 sp black masala.
  • 1 sp red chilly powder.
  • ¼ sp turmeric.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Ghee.
Method:
  • Make small pieces of paneer & fry it in ghee.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Fry onion, garlic & ginger paste, green chilly, red chilly powder, turmeric, black masala.
  • As ghee loosens add tomato puree and stir.
  • Add paneer in it.
