Paneer Masala
Ingredients:
200 gm paneer.
2 medium onion.
5 to 8 cloves of garlic.
Ginger.
3 green chilies.
1 sp black masala.
1 sp red chilly powder.
¼ sp turmeric.
Salt as per taste.
Ghee.
Method:
Make small pieces of paneer & fry it in ghee.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Fry onion, garlic & ginger paste, green chilly, red chilly powder, turmeric, black masala.
As ghee loosens add tomato puree and stir.
Add paneer in it.
