Paneer Makhanwala
Ingredients:
200 gm Paneer pieces.
1tbsp Butter.
¼ sp red chilly.
A pinch of turmeric.
Milk.
1 tbsp fresh cream.
½ t.sp black masala.
1 tbsp tomato pulp.
Method:
Fry paneer pieces in ghee.
Heat butter in a pan and add chilly, a pinch of turmeric, ½, t.sp black masala.
Stir and add 1 tsp tomato juice.
As ghee comes out, add 1 tsp fresh cream.
Add fried paneer cubes in it.
Note:
If th vegetable gets thick add little milk.
Don't add salt too much as butter is salty.
By adding butter and cream the vegetable will become tasty.
This vegetable can be made without onion and garlic.
