Paneer Makhanwala
Ingredients:
  • 200 gm Paneer pieces.
  • 1tbsp Butter.
  • ¼ sp red chilly.
  • A pinch of turmeric.
  • Milk.
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream.
  • ½ t.sp black masala.
  • 1 tbsp tomato pulp.
Method:
  • Fry paneer pieces in ghee.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add chilly, a pinch of turmeric, ½, t.sp black masala.
  • Stir and add 1 tsp tomato juice.
  • As ghee comes out, add 1 tsp fresh cream.
  • Add fried paneer cubes in it.
Note:
  • If th vegetable gets thick add little milk.
  • Don't add salt too much as butter is salty.
  • By adding butter and cream the vegetable will become tasty.
  • This vegetable can be made without onion and garlic.
