Ingredients:
2 big potatoes.
2 big tomatoes.
1 medium onion.
6 cloves of garlic.
Ginger.
Roasted cumin seeds.
Salt as taste.
Turmeric.
Black masala.
¼ tea sp. Dry mango powder.
Oil.
¼ kg boiled green peas.
Method:
Boil peas in water on fast gas or put eating soda.
Make four big pieces of boiled potatoes & deep fry it.
Make paste of ginger, garlic & onion.
Make gravy of tomato.
Heat ghee in a pan & fry onion & above masala in it.
Add tomato gravy in it.
Then add fried potatoes, peas, cumin seeds, salt, dry mango powder.
Garnish it with coriander.
