Ingredients:
  • 2 big potatoes.
  • 2 big tomatoes.
  • 1 medium onion.
  • 6 cloves of garlic.
  • Ginger.
  • Roasted cumin seeds.
  • Salt as taste.
  • Turmeric.
  • Black masala.
  • ¼ tea sp. Dry mango powder.
  • Oil.
  • ¼ kg boiled green peas.
 
Method:
  • Boil peas in water on fast gas or put eating soda.
  • Make four big pieces of boiled potatoes & deep fry it.
  • Make paste of ginger, garlic & onion.
  • Make gravy of tomato.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & fry onion & above masala in it.
  • Add tomato gravy in it.
  • Then add fried potatoes, peas, cumin seeds, salt, dry mango powder.
  • Garnish it with coriander.
