Black
Bean Soup

| Ingredients: |
- 1cup black bean.
- 4 big tomatoes.
- 1 onion (finely
chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic
smashed.
- 2 tbsp homemade
butter.
- Salt as per taste.
- Toast pieces for
serving.

Method:
- Soak black beans
in water for 6 hrs.
- Add 5cup water,
tomato & garlic.
- Cook it in the
pressure cooker & then grind it in the mixer.
- Don't filter the
mixture.
- Heat the butter
in the pan.
- Add onion and cook
it for ½ min
- Add soup and salt
and cook it for sometime.
- Add toast pieces.
- Serve it hot.
