Masaledar Rice

| Ingredients
|
For
Rice:
- 1 ½ Cup
Rice.
- 3 tb sp. Oil.
- Salt as per Taste.
Other Ingredients:
- 1 White Onion (thick
slice)
- 3 tbs Capsicum
(Red, Green and Yellow) (Vertical Slice)
- 6 Chilies (grind)
- 6 Garlic (grind)
- 2 tbs Cheese.
- 2 tbs Oil.
- Salt as per taste.

| Method:
For Rice:
- Wash and Soak Rice
for 30 minute.
- Drain well and
Keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a pan
& fry rice till it turns into pinkish colour.
- Add 3 cup water
& Salt.
- Cook it well.
Further Method:
- Take a frying pan
& fry chilies for second & take it out from frying pan &
add with garlic & mashed it.
- Take oil &
put onion & capsicum fry for ½ minute.
- Add chilly &
fry for second & put rice, cheese & salt.
- Mix it well.
- Serve Hot.
