Cheese Masaledar Rice
Ingredients
For Rice:
  • 1 ½ Cup Rice.
  • 3 tb sp. Oil.
  • Salt as per Taste.
Other Ingredients:
  • 1 White Onion (thick slice)
  • 3 tbs Capsicum (Red, Green and Yellow) (Vertical Slice)
  • 6 Chilies (grind)
  • 6 Garlic (grind)
  • 2 tbs Cheese.
  • 2 tbs Oil.
  • Salt as per taste.
Method:

For Rice:

  • Wash and Soak Rice for 30 minute.
  • Drain well and Keep aside.
  • Heat Oil in a pan & fry rice till it turns into pinkish colour.
  • Add 3 cup water & Salt.
  • Cook it well.

Further Method:

  • Take a frying pan & fry chilies for second & take it out from frying pan & add with garlic & mashed it.
  • Take oil & put onion & capsicum fry for ½ minute.
  • Add chilly & fry for second & put rice, cheese & salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve Hot.
