Chilly cheese roll
Ingredients
French bread roll.
Home made butter.
3 kashmiri red chilly.
1 cup shredded cooking cheese.
2 tsp milk.
Method:
Soak kashmiri red chilly in water for ½ an hr.
Remove the seed and cut chilly into small pieces.
Mix milk, cheese & 1 tsp water and cook it till cheese melts.
Add finely chopped chilly.
Cut French bread in triangular shape.
Apply butter & cheese mixture on the bread.
Bake it on 200 deg (400 f) for 5 min.
Serve it hot.
