Rava Idli
  • 1 Cup Rava (Semolina)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Curd.
  • 1 Spoon Fruit Salt (Soda)
  • 1 Cup Cabbage (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Coriander leaves (Finely Choped)
  • 3-4 Leaf Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 green Chiliy (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Take Rava (Semolina) in a veasel roast it (with out oil) when it turns into light pink colour.
  • Take a Bowl put Curd and fruit salt mix it.
  • Mix well and mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.
  • Take a idli mould put paste in it for 10min.
  • Serve Hot.
