Vegetable clear soup
Ingredients:
2 salad leaves.
2 spinach leaves.
Carrot slice.
Onion (finely chopped)
Mushrooms.
½ cup cauliflower (small pieces)
1 sp soya sauce.
¼ sp ajino motto.
3 sp oil.
Salt to taste.
Method:
Cut salad & spinach leaves with hand.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add carrot, spring onion, mushrooms, cauliflower and ajino motto & cook it for 2 to 3 min.
Add both leaves and stir it.
Add 7 cup of hot water.
Add salt and soya sauce.
For serving:
Serve with vinegar added chilly and soya sauce.
