Vegetable clear soup
Ingredients:
  • 2 salad leaves.
  • 2 spinach leaves.
  • Carrot slice.
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Mushrooms.
  • ½ cup cauliflower (small pieces)
  • 1 sp soya sauce.
  • ¼ sp ajino motto.
  • 3 sp oil.
  • Salt to taste.
Method:
  • Cut salad & spinach leaves with hand.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add carrot, spring onion, mushrooms, cauliflower and ajino motto & cook it for 2 to 3 min.
  • Add both leaves and stir it.
  • Add 7 cup of hot water.
  • Add salt and soya sauce.
For serving:
  • Serve with vinegar added chilly and soya sauce.
