Green peas soup
Ingredients:
6 cup peas skin
1 tsp green peas.
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 cup skimmed milk
2 sp home made butter.
Salt & pepper as per taste.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan & cook onion for 1 min.
Add peas skin & green peas and cook it for 3 to 4 min.
Add milk and ½ cup water & cook in the pressure cooker till 1 whistle.
Grind it in the mixer.
Filter the stock.
Boil stock for 1 min.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve it hot.
