Green peas soup
Ingredients:
  • 6 cup peas skin
  • 1 tsp green peas.
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cup skimmed milk
  • 2 sp home made butter.
  • Salt & pepper as per taste.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan & cook onion for 1 min.
  • Add peas skin & green peas and cook it for 3 to 4 min.
  • Add milk and ½ cup water & cook in the pressure cooker till 1 whistle.
  • Grind it in the mixer.
  • Filter the stock.
  • Boil stock for 1 min.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve it hot.
