Red Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic.
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green chilly.
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped spring onion.
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion.
  • 1-tbsp. tomato ketchup.
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder.
  • 3/4th cup water.
  • 1-tbsp. corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp. of water.
  • a pinch Ajinomoto powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Heat the oil in a pan on high flame and fry garlic, green chilies, spring onions and red onion for 1 minute.
  • Add the tomato ketchup, pepper, water & cornflour mixture.
  • Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the Ajinomoto and salt. Use as required.
  • This sauce can be used in salad, sandwich, dhokla etc.
