Red Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic.
1/2 tbsp. finely chopped green chilly.
1 tbsp. finely chopped spring onion.
1 tbsp. finely chopped red onion.
1-tbsp. tomato ketchup.
½ tsp Pepper powder.
3/4th cup water.
1-tbsp. corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp. of water.
a pinch Ajinomoto powder (optional)
2 tbsp. oil.
Salt to taste.
Method
:
Heat the oil in a pan on high flame and fry garlic, green chilies, spring onions and red onion for 1 minute.
Add the tomato ketchup, pepper, water & cornflour mixture.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add the Ajinomoto and salt. Use as required.
Note:
This sauce can be used in salad, sandwich, dhokla etc.
