Spicy Green Chutney
Ingredients:
  • 1¼ cup Coriander Leaves
  • 7-8 Mint leaves.
  • 1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1½ tsp Lemon Juice .
  • 8-7 seeds Groundnut .
  • Green Chilies as per taste.
  • Garlic (Optional)
  • Salt as per taste.
  • ½ inch long Ginger.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
 
Method:
  • In a mixer jar put chopped chilies, ginger, salt & groundnuts.
  • Grind all the ingredients well.
  • Then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, carom seeds, garlic & lemon juice, sugar.
  • Churn it into a smooth paste.
  • Use little water if required.
Note:
  • Do not churn more then required.
  • It spoils its taste.
