Spicy Green Chutney
Ingredients:
1¼ cup
Coriander Leaves
7-8
Mint leaves.
1 tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1½ tsp
Lemon Juice .
8-7 seeds
Groundnut .
Green Chilies as per taste.
Garlic (Optional)
Salt as per taste.
½ inch long Ginger.
1 tsp Sugar.
Method
:
In a mixer jar put chopped chilies, ginger, salt & groundnuts.
Grind all the ingredients well.
Then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, carom seeds, garlic & lemon juice, sugar.
Churn it into a smooth paste.
Use little water if required.
Note:
Do not churn more then required.
It spoils its taste.
