Method:
- Take
out the seeds of dates & tamarind.
- Take
2-3 glass of water in a broad vessel & add jaggery, tamarind &
dates. Bring it to boil.
- When
it starts boiling, remove from heat & let it cool. When done, grind
it into a fine paste.
- Sieve
it with a siever properly. Store it into an airtight container.
- If
you don't use unboiled water i.e. raw water then you can store the chutney
for about a month.
Note:
- You
can add little black salt & red chili powder.
- You
can add little cinnamon-clove powder also.
