Sweet & Sour Chutney
  • ½ kg Fresh Dates
  • ½ kg Jaggery
  • 100 gm Tamarind
  • Take out the seeds of dates & tamarind.
  • Take 2-3 glass of water in a broad vessel & add jaggery, tamarind & dates. Bring it to boil.
  • When it starts boiling, remove from heat & let it cool. When done, grind it into a fine paste.
  • Sieve it with a siever properly. Store it into an airtight container.
  • If you don't use unboiled water i.e. raw water then you can store the chutney for about a month.
  • You can add little black salt & red chili powder.
  • You can add little cinnamon-clove powder also.
