Burnt Corn Salad
Ingredients:  
  • 1 ½ cup sweet corn seeds.
  • 1 onion (Finelly chopped)
  • 1 Capsicum (Finelly chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Finelly chopped)
  • 4 tsp oil.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or salad oil.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
  • 2 pinch Chili powder.
  • Salt & Pepper as per taste.
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
 
Method:
  • Take a pan & heat oil.
  • Add corn seeds & keep on stirring till they get little burnt.
  • Then add onion & capsicum & sauté for 5-10 minutes.
  • Take it in a salad bowl & add tomato.
  • Then add salad oil, lemon juice, chilly powder, salt/pepper.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
