Burnt
Corn Salad |
Ingredients:

- 1
½ cup sweet corn seeds.
- 1
onion (Finelly chopped)
- 1
Capsicum (Finelly chopped)
- 1
Tomato (Finelly chopped)
- 4
tsp oil.

- 1
tbsp olive oil or salad oil.
- 1
tbsp Lemon juice.
- 2
pinch Chili powder.
- Salt
& Pepper as per taste.
- Coriander
leaves (finely chopped)

Method:
- Take
a pan & heat oil.
- Add
corn seeds & keep on stirring till they get little burnt.
- Then
add onion & capsicum & sauté for 5-10 minutes.

Take it in a salad bowl & add tomato.
- Then
add salad oil, lemon juice, chilly powder, salt/pepper.
- Finally
garnish with coriander leaves.
