Makai (corn) Kheer
Ingredients:
  • 100 gm Fresh Corn Seeds.
  • Sugar as required.
  • 3/4 liter milk.
  • 10 gm ghee.
  • 5 gm cardamom.
Method:
  • Grate corn.
  • Heat ghee & fry the corn. Boil milk in pan. When it starts boiling, put corn & stir it continuously.
  • When it becomes soft put cardamom, sugar & stir it Continuously.
  • Tasty & healthy kheer is ready.
