Makai (corn) Kheer
Ingredients:
100 gm Fresh Corn Seeds.
Sugar as required.
3/4 liter milk.
10 gm ghee.
5 gm cardamom.
Method:
Grate corn.
Heat ghee & fry the corn. Boil milk in pan. When it starts boiling, put corn & stir it continuously.
When it becomes soft put cardamom, sugar & stir it Continuously.
Tasty & healthy kheer is ready.
