Corn Pulav
 Ingredients:
  • 150 gm corn fresh seeds.
  • 250 gm basmati rice.
  • 250 ml water.
  • Coriander cumin seeds powder as per taste.
  • 2-3 bay leaves.
  • 3 onion.
  • 3 tsp garam masala.
  • 50 gm cashew nuts (chopped)
  • 15 gm garlic chili paste.
  • 2 Cardamom.
  • 10 seeds Pepper.
  • Cumin seeds for sizzle.
  • Turmeric as required.
  • Garlic as per taste.
  • Saffron for flavor.
  • Raisins as required.
  • Ghee/oil as required.
  • Salt as per taste.
 
Method:
  • Firstly, boil corn & remove seeds.
  • Heat oil in a pan & sizzle boiled corn seeds in it & keep aside.
  • Then after add bay leaf, clove & cumin seeds.
  • Then add finely chopped onions & cook till golden brown.
  • Now add, turmeric powder, salt, coriander - cumin seeds powder, garlic - chili paste, garlic, garam masala, cardamom & pepper to it.
  • Cook them properly.
  • When done, add rice, cashew nuts, raisins, sizzled corn seeds, saffron & water.
  • Stir nicely for sometime & then cover it with a lid.
  • Cook on low flame till rice is properly cooked & no water is left. (Do not drain the water).
  • Serve hot.
