Method:
- Firstly,
boil corn & remove seeds.
- Heat
oil in a pan & sizzle boiled corn seeds in it & keep aside.
- Then
after add bay leaf, clove & cumin seeds.
- Then
add finely chopped onions & cook till golden brown.
- Now
add, turmeric powder, salt, coriander - cumin seeds powder, garlic -
chili paste, garlic, garam masala, cardamom & pepper to it.
- Cook
them properly.
- When
done, add rice, cashew nuts, raisins, sizzled corn seeds, saffron &
water.
- Stir
nicely for sometime & then cover it with a lid.
- Cook
on low flame till rice is properly cooked & no water is left. (Do
not drain the water).
- Serve
hot.
