Method:
- Add
salt to Maida flour & sieve it properly.
- Add
1 tsp oil to it & smash it properly.
- Then
add the required amount of water & knead it into dough (a bit hard).
- Cover
it and keep it aside for 15-20 min.
- Boil
corn seeds and crush it partly with light hands.
- Heat
½ tbsp oil in a pan & roast Gram flour in it till golden
brown.
- When
done remove it from heat & keep aside.
- Heat
½ tbsp oil again & roast ginger, chili, corn seeds, salt,
aniseeds, garam masala, coriander, roasted gram flour, cumin powder
& pepper.
- Roast
for couple of minutes & then let it cool.

Now roll medium sized chapattis of maida flour & cut it into 2 from
center so that you get two half moon shaped chapattis.
- Now
fold each of them into hollow cone & fill the prepared stuffing
in it.
- Now
seal it using water if required deep fry till golden brown.
