Makai (corn) Sheera
 Ingredients:
  • Baby corn 2 kg
  • Milk 750 ml.
  • 25 gm Almond & cashew
  • Sugar 300 gm
  • Ghee 35 gm
  • Cardamom 5 gm
  • Raisins 15 - 20
 
Method:
  • Firstly, grate baby corns.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & roast grated corn in it on slow flame.
  • Then add boiling milk to it & cook it till milk burns completely.
  • When done, add sugar & stir it properly till it leaves ghee.
  • Then add cardamom powder, grated dry fruits & raisins (roasted in ghee).
  • Serve it hot.
