Makai (corn) Sheera
Baby corn 2 kg
Milk 750 ml.
25 gm Almond & cashew
Sugar 300 gm
Ghee 35 gm
Cardamom 5 gm
Raisins 15 - 20
Firstly, grate baby corns.
Heat ghee in a pan & roast grated corn in it on slow flame.
Then add boiling milk to it & cook it till milk burns completely.
When done, add sugar & stir it properly till it leaves ghee.
Then add cardamom powder, grated dry fruits & raisins (roasted in ghee).
Serve it hot.
