Corn Toast (Snacks)
  • 5 Corn Cob.
  • 125 ml Milk.
  • 30 gm White Butter.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Pepper as per taste.
  • 1 cube Cheese.
  • 25 gm Ginger.
  • 25 gm Coriander leaves.
  • Sugar as per taste.
  • Ghee to fry.
  • Bread 13 slices.
  • First of all, grate the corncobs along with seeds, heat butter in a pan & sizzle grated corncobs in it for about 5 minutes.
  • Then add milk and little water.
  • Heat it on slow flame till the corn mixer is properly cooked.
  • When it starts thickening, add salt, pepper, sugar, ginger, chilies and coriander leaves (all finely chopped).
  • Mix properly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Cut the bread slices in triangle shapes & fry them in ghee till golden brown.
  • Arrange them beautifully in a plate & pour the prepared mixer on the toast.
  • Garnish it with grated coriander leaves and cheese.
  • Serve it hot.
