Cornflour Pudding
 Ingredients:
  • 50 gm corn flour.
  • 1½ litre milk.
  • 2 oranges.
  • 1 mango.
  • 3 banana.
  • 3 chikoo.
  • 400 gm sugar.
  • 200 gm dry fruits.
  • Pomegranate seeds.
 
Method:
  • Firstly, take corn flour & mix it in little milk properly to a fine batter.
  • Boil rest of the milk.
  • Add sugar to it & when it starts boiling, add the corn flour mixer to it & stir properly till thickened.
  • Then invert it in a bowl & keep it in refrigerator to set.
  • When done, blend it properly with a beater & add fruits & dry fruits also sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
  • Mix it well & again freeze it.
  • It's ready to be served.
