Cornflour Pudding
Ingredients:
50 gm corn flour.
1½ litre milk.
2 oranges.
1 mango.
3 banana.
3 chikoo.
400 gm sugar.
200 gm dry fruits.
Pomegranate seeds.
Method
:
Firstly, take corn flour & mix it in little milk properly to a fine batter.
Boil rest of the milk.
Add sugar to it & when it starts boiling, add the corn flour mixer to it & stir properly till thickened.
Then invert it in a bowl & keep it in refrigerator to set.
When done, blend it properly with a beater & add fruits & dry fruits also sprinkle pomegranate seeds.
Mix it well & again freeze it.
It's ready to be served.
