Corn
with Coconut (vegetable)

Ingredients:

- 100
gm Corn seeds (fresh)
- 1
Onion.
- 1
Coconut (Grated)
- Mustard
seeds for sizzle.
- Cumin
seeds for sizzle.
- 25
gm Ghee.
- 2-3
Green Chilies.
- Salt
as per taste.
- Coriander
leaves.

Method:
- Boil
corn seeds.

Heat ghee in a pan & sizzle mustard & cumin seeds.
- Add
chopped onions.
- When
light brown, add corn seeds & salt.
- Cook
for about 5 to10 minutes.
- Then
add finely grated coconut, chilies & coriander.

Mix well & serve hot with parathas.
