Corn with Coconut (vegetable)
 Ingredients:
  • 100 gm Corn seeds (fresh)
  • 1 Onion.
  • 1 Coconut (Grated)
  • Mustard seeds for sizzle.
  • Cumin seeds for sizzle.
  • 25 gm Ghee.
  • 2-3 Green Chilies.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Coriander leaves.
 
Method:
  • Boil corn seeds.
  • Heat ghee in a pan & sizzle mustard & cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onions.
  • When light brown, add corn seeds & salt.
  • Cook for about 5 to10 minutes.
  • Then add finely grated coconut, chilies & coriander.
  • Mix well & serve hot with parathas.
