Method:
- First
of all, prepare tomato gravy.
- For
gravy, boil tomatoes & remove its skin and seeds.
- Grind
the tomatoes finely and heat it by adding salt, pepper, sugar, clove
and cinnamon powder.
- Let
it become thick.
- Boil
the corn and take the seeds out.
- Heat
butter in a vessel and add those seeds to it.
- Sizzle
for 5 minutes.
- Then
add milk.
- After
the milk burns completely, add tomato gravy to it.
- Mix
it properly with finely cut chilies, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Now,
remove from heat.
- Garnish
it with desiccated coconut and coriander leaves.
- Serve
it hot with corn toast or bread or parathas.
