Makai (corn) Dudhpak
750 ml Milk.
150 gm Sugar.
75 gm Fresh Cream.
5 gm Cardamom Powder.
25 gm Almonds.
Ghee as required.
Firstly grate corn & sizzle it in ghee.
Add boiling milk to it & cook it on slow flame till its consistency is thick.
When almost done, add sugar & fresh cream.
Finally flavor it with cardamom & almonds.
