Makai (corn) Dudhpak
 Ingredients:
  • 3 Corns.
  • 750 ml Milk.
  • 150 gm Sugar.
  • 75 gm Fresh Cream.
  • 5 gm Cardamom Powder.
  • 25 gm Almonds.
  • Ghee as required.
 
Method:
  • Firstly grate corn & sizzle it in ghee.
  • Add boiling milk to it & cook it on slow flame till its consistency is thick.
  • When almost done, add sugar & fresh cream.
  • Finally flavor it with cardamom & almonds.
  • Serve hot.
