Method:
- Firstly
grind corn into fine paste.
- Heat
the pan & add white butter to it.
- After
it melts, add corn paste & cook it properly on slow flame till it
binds up completely starts leaving oil.
- When
done, add grated mava (khoya) & chopped dry fruits.
- Stir
it well.
- Prepare
two stringed sugar syrup (do tari chashni) & add the above prepared
mixer to it.
- Then
add cardamom, nutmeg & saffron.
- Mix
the mixer well & invert it in a properly greased plate.
- When
cooled, cut into pieces & store it well in an airtight container.
