Mini Corn
Ingredients:
  • 5 sp coriande
  • Little sugar
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 tsp udad dal (black gram)
  • ½ sp fenugreek (methi)
  • 2 tsp coconut shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ¾ cup boiled corn
  • Oil

Method:

  • Mix raw rice & cooked rice and soak in lukewarm water.
  • Soak udad dal fenugreek in water differently.
  • After 8 to hrs blend them in the mixer.
  • Blend more udad dal.
  • Keep it for 8 to 10 hrs and let it ferment.
  • Apply oil in idli stand.
  • Crush corn and mix sugar, lemon juice, coriander, green chilies & coconut in it.
  • Put the mixture in idli stand.
  • Cook it.
  • Apply corn on the mixture and cook it again.
