Mini Corn
Ingredients:
5 sp coriande
Little sugar
½ lemon juice
1 tsp udad dal (black gram)
½ sp fenugreek (methi)
2 tsp coconut shredded
1 cup cooked rice
¾ cup boiled corn
Oil
Method:
Mix raw rice & cooked rice and soak in lukewarm water.
Soak udad dal fenugreek in water differently.
After 8 to hrs blend them in the mixer.
Blend more udad dal.
Keep it for 8 to 10 hrs and let it ferment.
Apply oil in idli stand.
Crush corn and mix sugar, lemon juice, coriander, green chilies & coconut in it.
Put the mixture in idli stand.
Cook it.
Apply corn on the mixture and cook it again.
