Veg. Manchow soup
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup carrot (finely chopped)
  • 8 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2"chopped ginger.
  • 1 chilly cut into half.
  • ½ cup coriander.
  • ½ cup spring onion leves.
  • ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup fried noodles.
  • 1shredded cheese cube.
  • 4 sp soya sauce.
  • ¼ sp vinegar.
  • ¼ sp powdered sugar.
  • 2 pinch of ajino motto.
  • ½ sp black pepper powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 3 sp corn flour.
  • 4 bowl of veg. Stock.
  • 1 sp mint (finely chopped)
Method:
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic, ginger chilly paste & cook it for 2 min.
  • Onion, cabbage, carrot cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After 3 min add Soya sauce, vinegar, ajino motto, black pepper powder, salt to taste & stir.
  • Add veg stock, mint.
  • Add corn flour and cook.
  • Boil it and add coriander.
  • If the soup seems thin than add little corn flour and stir.
  • Serve it with noodles & shredded cheese.
