Veg. Manchow soup
Ingredients:
½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
¼ cup carrot (finely chopped)
8 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2"chopped ginger.
1 chilly cut into half.
½ cup coriander.
½ cup spring onion leves.
½ cup onion (finely chopped)
½ cup fried noodles.
1shredded cheese cube.
4 sp soya sauce.
¼ sp vinegar.
¼ sp powdered sugar.
2 pinch of ajino motto.
½ sp black pepper powder.
Salt to taste.
3 sp corn flour.
4 bowl of veg. Stock.
1 sp mint (finely chopped)
Method:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add garlic, ginger chilly paste & cook it for 2 min.
Onion, cabbage, carrot cook it for 2 minutes.
After 3 min add Soya sauce, vinegar, ajino motto, black pepper powder, salt to taste & stir.
Add veg stock, mint.
Add corn flour and cook.
Boil it and add coriander.
If the soup seems thin than add little corn flour and stir.
Serve it with noodles & shredded cheese.
