Veg Makai (vegetable)
  • 6 cobs corn (fresh)
  • 50 gm curd.
  • Sugar as per taste.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Coriander as per taste.
  • 3 tsp mustard seeds.
  • 50 gm gram flour (Besan)
  • 10 gm finely chopped ginger garlic.
  • Oil as required.
  • Firstly boil corncobs & take out the seeds.
  • Heat oil in a pan & sizzle lightly smashed corn along with mustard seeds & stir until properly cooked.
  • Then mix sugar, salt, coriander, ginger & garlic to besan.
  • Add curd & some water if required.
  • Mix all into batter with pouring consistency.
  • Add this mixer to the cooked corn mixer & again cook it on low flame till its water evaporates & it is thick enough.
  • Serve hot with parathas.
