Corn Cuttlace
Ingredients:
1 Big boiled potato.
1cup corn.
1 tsp white sauce.
4 tsp coriander.
1 carrot (finely chopped)
1 tsp French beans (finely chopped)
Small capsicum.
¼ cup rice.
Bread crumps
Salt to taste.
Ginger chilly paste.
Oil.
Method:
Finely chop french beans, carrot.
Add salt in corn and French beans and boil.
Put capsicum in hot water for 10 minutes.
Boil rice in hot water for 10 min and then smash it with the hands.
Add white sauce, ginger chilly paste, salt and coriander.
Mix it properly.
Add smash potato.
Make round rolls from the mixture.
Crumble them in bread crumps.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls till golden brown.
