Corn Cuttlace
Ingredients:
  • 1 Big boiled potato.
  • 1cup corn.
  • 1 tsp white sauce.
  • 4 tsp coriander.
  • 1 carrot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp French beans (finely chopped)
  • Small capsicum.
  • ¼ cup rice.
  • Bread crumps
  • Salt to taste.
  • Ginger chilly paste.
  • Oil.

 


Method:

  • Finely chop french beans, carrot.
  • Add salt in corn and French beans and boil.
  • Put capsicum in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Boil rice in hot water for 10 min and then smash it with the hands.
  • Add white sauce, ginger chilly paste, salt and coriander.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Add smash potato.
  • Make round rolls from the mixture.
  • Crumble them in bread crumps.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls till golden brown.
