Butter - 50 gm.
Sugar - 40 gm.
Almonds - 60 gm.
Wheat four - 2 tsp.
Soak almonds in lukewarm water.
Remove its skin & grind it into a fine paste.
Melt butter in a pan & roast flour in it on medium heat.
Add sugar & almond paste to it.
Mix well. When done, remove from heat & put it in greased jelly cups or paper cups.
Garnish with chopped almonds & bake it in moderate oven for about 20 min.
If the puffs are large in size it may take some time to bake.
Bake them till golden brown.
When done serve hot.
