Almond Puffs
 Ingredients:
  • Butter - 50 gm.
  • Sugar - 40 gm.
  • Almonds - 60 gm.
  • Wheat four - 2 tsp.
 
Method:
  • Soak almonds in lukewarm water.
  • Remove its skin & grind it into a fine paste.
  • Melt butter in a pan & roast flour in it on medium heat.
  • Add sugar & almond paste to it.
  • Mix well. When done, remove from heat & put it in greased jelly cups or paper cups.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds & bake it in moderate oven for about 20 min.
  • If the puffs are large in size it may take some time to bake.
  • Bake them till golden brown.
  • When done serve hot.
