Method: 
      
        - Take 
          a large mixing bowl & add wheat flour, sugar, smashed bananas, butter 
          & cardamom powder. 
 
        - Knead 
          them into soft dough. 
 
        - Add 
          water little by little to smoothen the dough. 
 
        - Divide 
          the dough into small balls. 
 
        - Take 
          plastic sheet grease it with oil or ghee. 
 
        - Place 
          each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers. 
 
        - Heat 
          oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puir's at a time. 
 
        - Repeat 
          this for all the balls made out of dough. 
 
        - Let 
          them cool so that they become crispy. 
 
        - These 
          can be stored in an airtight container for more a week. 
 
       
      Note:
        - Banana biscuits 
          can also be baked in an oven.
