Banana Biscuits
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar.
  • 1/2 Ripe Banana.
  • 2-3 tsp Water.
  • 2 tsp Butter.
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder.
  • Take a large mixing bowl & add wheat flour, sugar, smashed bananas, butter & cardamom powder.
  • Knead them into soft dough.
  • Add water little by little to smoothen the dough.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Take plastic sheet grease it with oil or ghee.
  • Place each ball on the sheet and roll it into a thin puri with fingers.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry 2-3 puir's at a time.
  • Repeat this for all the balls made out of dough.
  • Let them cool so that they become crispy.
  • These can be stored in an airtight container for more a week.
  • Banana biscuits can also be baked in an oven.
