Chocolate Biscuits
  • 300 gm Maida Flour.
  • 200 gm White Butter.
  • 100 gm Powdered Sugar.
  • 25 gm Cocoa Powder.
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder.
  • 1 tsp Coffee (optional)
  • 50 gm Chocolate or Vanilla cream (butter icing)
  • Sieve maida flour, cocoa powder, coffee & baking powder together & keep aside.
  • Take white butter & sugar in a wide pan & beat it properly till the mixer is soft & fluffy.
  • Now put the maida mixer alternately & knead the mixer into soft dough.
  • You can also use milk if required.
  • Make balls & roll down into round chapatti.
  • Cut into shapes using moulds.
  • Take a fork & poke into the top of all biscuits.
  • Then arrange all biscuits in the properly greased plate.
  • Bake it on moderate temperature for 10 to15 min till almost baked.
  • When done cool biscuits & fill chocolate cream between two biscuits.
  • Then again bake it in the soven for 5 to10 min till crispy.
  • Take out of the oven & cool it.
  • Chocolate biscuits are ready to eat.
