1/4th kg Maida flour.
250 gm Ghee.
150 gm Powdered Sugar.
Take ghee & maida flour in a vessel & beat it properly with soft hands for about 15 min. [grated coconut must be dried in shade for about an hour].
When done, add grated coconut, powdered sugar, vanilla essence & baking powder.
Mix all well.
Fill it in paper cups (nearly 1 sp).
Garnish with almonds & raisins & bake it in pre-heated moderate oven till golden brown.
Enjoy it with your near & dear ones.
