Dry Fruit - Honey Crunch
25 gm Roasted Almonds.
15 gm Roasted Cashew nuts.
10 gm Roasted Peanuts.
25 gm Roasted walnuts.
50 gm Butter.
4 tsp Honey.
Sugar as required.
Chop all the dry fruits.
Heat butter in a pan & add honey & dry fruits to it.
Quickly mix it & then invert it in a properly greased plate.
Quickly sprinkle sugar on it.
Cut into pieces before it cools.
Serve it. (You can also serve it with a layer of butter icing on it)
