Dry Fruit - Honey Crunch
 Ingredients:
  • 25 gm Roasted Almonds.
  • 15 gm Roasted Cashew nuts.
  • 10 gm Roasted Peanuts.
  • 25 gm Roasted walnuts.
  • 50 gm Butter.
  • 4 tsp Honey.
  • Sugar as required.
 
Method:
  • Chop all the dry fruits.
  • Heat butter in a pan & add honey & dry fruits to it.
  • Quickly mix it & then invert it in a properly greased plate.
  • Quickly sprinkle sugar on it.
  • Cut into pieces before it cools.
  • Serve it. (You can also serve it with a layer of butter icing on it)
