Fruit & Biscuit Pudding
 Ingredients:
  • 12 pieces of Marie biscuit.
  • 1 tsp butter.
  • 1 packet raspberry jelly.
  • 4 tsp vanilla ice cream.
  • 1 cup pineapple piece.
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar.
  • Mixture of 4 tsp fresh cream & 2 tsp powdered sugar. (churn it)
 
Method:
  • Melt jelly crystals in 2 cup of hot water.
  • Cool it & add vanilla ice cream.
  • Spread biscuit powder in deep serving plate.
  • Heat butter (little) & pour over it.
  • Chill it for 1 hour.
  • Pour jelly ice cream over chilled biscuit powder.
  • Mix sugar in pineapple pieces, spread it on the mixture & press it little.
  • Pour cream over the mixture & chilled it for 3 hrs.
  • Serve it cold.
