& Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients:

- 12 pieces of Marie
biscuit.
- 1 tsp butter.
- 1 packet raspberry
jelly.
- 4 tsp vanilla ice
cream.
- 1 cup pineapple
piece.
- 2 tsp powdered
sugar.
- Mixture of 4 tsp
fresh cream & 2 tsp powdered sugar. (churn it)

Method:
- Melt jelly crystals
in 2 cup of hot water.
- Cool it & add
vanilla ice cream.
- Spread biscuit
powder in deep serving plate.
- Heat butter (little)
& pour over it.
- Chill it for 1
hour.
- Pour jelly ice
cream over chilled biscuit powder.
- Mix sugar in pineapple
pieces, spread it on the mixture & press it little.
- Pour cream over
the mixture & chilled it for 3 hrs.
- Serve it cold.
