Fruit Pudding
Ingredients:
125 gm Strawberry jelly.
2 tsp Sugar.
200 to 250 gm fruitcake.
1banana.
1small apple.
150 gm green grapes.
1orange.
1cup cream.
Method
:
Boil 125ml of water.
Add sugar & boil it properly.
Add jelly powder little by little & mix it.
Put rest of water in it & put in a plate (bowl) & set in a freezer.
Then put in a chiller.
In 1 ½ or 2 hours it will be ready.
Take a mould sprinkle cake powder & put pieces of fruit.
Then make pieces of jelly & make a layer. Apply cream on it. (Dissolved sugar in milk put malai in it & beat)
After then add fruit layer, cake layer & cream layer & decorate with long sliced apple from corner & keep cherry in the middle & grapes in
middle
It's okay if the ingredients are less in the item.
Note:
The water measure is different in every jelly packet.
