Fruit Pudding
Ingredients:
  • 125 gm Strawberry jelly.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • 200 to 250 gm fruitcake.
  • 1banana.
  • 1small apple.
  • 150 gm green grapes.
  • 1orange.
  • 1cup cream.
 
Method:
  • Boil 125ml of water.
  • Add sugar & boil it properly.
  • Add jelly powder little by little & mix it.
  • Put rest of water in it & put in a plate (bowl) & set in a freezer.
  • Then put in a chiller.
  • In 1 ½ or 2 hours it will be ready.
  • Take a mould sprinkle cake powder & put pieces of fruit.
  • Then make pieces of jelly & make a layer. Apply cream on it. (Dissolved sugar in milk put malai in it & beat)
  • After then add fruit layer, cake layer & cream layer & decorate with long sliced apple from corner & keep cherry in the middle & grapes in

  • It's okay if the ingredients are less in the item.
Note:
  • The water measure is different in every jelly packet.
