Jelly Pudding
 Ingredients:
  • 1 packet rasberry jelly.
  • 4 scoop vanilla ice-cream.
  • 1 banana.
  • 2 to 3 cherry.
  • 1 cup pineapple slice.
  • 4 tbsp. cream.
  • 1 tbsp. crushed sugar.
  • vanilla essence.
 

Method:

  • Melt jelly crystals in 3 cup hot water & keep aside.
  • Keep ice pieces in big bowl & vanilla ice cream in small bowl.
  • Put small bowl in big bowl of ice pieces & stir the ice cream with fork.
  • Mix jelly mixture & stir it again.
  • Soak a glass bowl with water, pour the above mixture, deep freeze it for sometime & then set it in the refrigerator.
  • Mix sugar &1/4 sp of vanilla essence in cream and chilled it.
  • Take the set ice cream out from refrigerator & decorate with banana slice, pineapple piece, & cherry & then pour the cream on either side and chilled it.
  • Serve it in small plate or ice cream bowl.
