Lemon And Pistachio Cookies
 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup shredded lemon skin (lemon rind)
  • 20 shredded pistachio.
  • 110 gm maida.
  • 2 tsp cornflour.
  • 1 sp baking powder.
  • ¼ sp salt.
  • 100 gm butter.
  • 110 gm sugar.
  • 1-2 sp cold milk.
 

Method:

  • Cut butter into slice.
  • Heat the oven at 180 degree.
  • Apply butter or ghee in the baking tray.
  • Mix maida, cornflour, baking powder & salt. Shift them & keep them in a bowl.
  • Mix butter in it and mix it with hands.
  • Mix sugar & shredded lemon and make their dough.
  • Make rolls from it & keep it in the fridge for 15 min.
  • Make pieces from it and make ½ cookies from it.
  • Press it with hands and roll it in the pistachio powder.
  • Put the cookies in the baking tray (pistachio side should be on the top)
  • Put space between 2 cookies.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for 20 min.
  • When the cookies get cool keep them in the airtight container.
