Mango Pudding
Ingredients:
  • 1cup mango juice.
  • 1½ tsp gelatin.
  • 200 gm cream.
  • 5-6 tbsp sugar powder.
  • ½ tsp orange essence.
  • 1tsp lemon juice.
 
Method:
  • Dissolved gelatin in 4 tbsp water.
  • When it cools put in hot water (Boil with double boiling system)
  • Put sugar powder & essence in cream & beat it.
  • Put mango juice & lemon juice.
  • Remove gelatin from the freezer & mix in the mixture & keep it in fridge.
  • Garnish it with mango pieces & tutty-fruity.
