Mango Pudding
Ingredients:
1cup mango juice.
1½ tsp gelatin.
200 gm cream.
5-6 tbsp sugar powder.
½ tsp orange essence.
1tsp lemon juice.
Method
:
Dissolved gelatin in 4 tbsp water.
When it cools put in hot water (Boil with double boiling system)
Put sugar powder & essence in cream & beat it.
Put mango juice & lemon juice.
Remove gelatin from the freezer & mix in the mixture & keep it in fridge.
Garnish it with mango pieces & tutty-fruity.
