Mango Surprise
  • 1 tin Milkmaid.
  • 3 cups Milk.
  • 1 cup Sugar.
  • 2 cups Pulp of alphanso mangoes.
  • Paneer of ½ liter milk (Optional)
  • 2 tsp Ghee.
  • Chopped cashew nuts - for garnishing
  • Mango essence - as per taste
  • Take a non-stick or brass vessel and put milkmaid, milk, ghee and sugar in it.
  • Mix well and heat it.
  • Stir till it becomes very thick.
  • When done, add mango pulp to it.
  • Add paneer and essence to it.
  • When it becomes thicker, immediately put it into a properly greased plate.
  • Cut into square pieces and decorate it with cashew nut pieces.
  • Avoid refrigerating it.
