1 tin Milkmaid.
1 cup Sugar.
2 cups Pulp of alphanso mangoes.
Paneer of ½ liter milk (Optional)
2 tsp Ghee.
Chopped cashew nuts - for garnishing
Mango essence - as per taste
Take a non-stick or brass vessel and put milkmaid, milk, ghee and sugar in it.
Mix well and heat it.
Stir till it becomes very thick.
When done, add mango pulp to it.
Add paneer and essence to it.
When it becomes thicker, immediately put it into a properly greased plate.
Cut into square pieces and decorate it with cashew nut pieces.
Avoid refrigerating it.
