Nan-khatai
 Ingredients:
  • 1 kg refined flour
  • ¾ kg ghee (dalda)
  • ¾ kg sugar powder
  • 150 gm coconut powder
  • 2tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 2tsp coco powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Dry fruit as per your need
 
Method:
  • Sieve refined flour, coco powder, baking powder & gram flour.
  • Beat ghee, add sugar in it & beat it. Add vanilla essence & mix it properly.
  • Now put all mixture & mix it properly. Add dry fruit.
  • Make small balls from it & sprinkle chirongia- sapida (charoli) & bake it.
