Ingredients:
1 kg refined flour
¾ kg ghee (dalda)
¾ kg sugar powder
150 gm coconut powder
2tbsp gram flour (besan)
2tsp coco powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry fruit as per your need
Method
:
Sieve refined flour, coco powder, baking powder & gram flour.
Beat ghee, add sugar in it & beat it. Add vanilla essence & mix it properly.
Now put all mixture & mix it properly. Add dry fruit.
Make small balls from it & sprinkle chirongia- sapida (charoli) & bake it.
