Pineapple Chiller
  • Half Pineapple chopped.
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar Syrup.
  • 50 gm Castor sugar.
For Topping:
  • Fresh cream or vanilla ice cream - as required.
  • Place pineapple pieces in a blender and blend to a thick paste.
  • Add sugar syrup and blend again.
  • Add the castor sugar and mix it well.
  • Place in serving bowls and freeze this mixture till firm.
  • Refrigerate just before serving so that it becomes soft and top with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream.
