Half Pineapple chopped.
1-2 tsp Sugar Syrup.
50 gm Castor sugar.
Fresh cream or vanilla ice cream - as required.
Place pineapple pieces in a blender and blend to a thick paste.
Add sugar syrup and blend again.
Add the castor sugar and mix it well.
Place in serving bowls and freeze this mixture till firm.
Refrigerate just before serving so that it becomes soft and top with fresh cream or vanilla ice cream.
